From a kitchen recipe to a mission-driven business.
Herbert’s Wine Jelly began in a home kitchen when Carolyn made a special jelly for her 92-year-old mother. With a chef’s help, the recipe was perfected and shared at local craft fairs. What started as a family project quickly became a small business focused on exceptional flavor and quality.
As the business grew, so did its purpose: to create employment opportunities for people facing barriers to work, support mental health awareness, and give back to the community.
Today Herbert’s sells wholesale, at select Virginia vineyards and specialty stores, on Amazon, and directly from this website.
